What a nice Circus band image. I wonder if they marched in the parade with the band playing on top of the elephant. And I like the quote about the elephants.
i have a few more nice circus band photos i'll try and dig out. indeed i can't imagine trying to keep time with a drum on a walking elephant's back. the quote is from some wall text at the asian art museum in san francisco, which is a really great museum.
